Las Terrazas de Abama reopens on July 3rd with all the safety guarantees in response to COVID-19
Safety and hygiene to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 disease are the cornerstones on which My Way Meaningful Hotels team has worked in recent months, in order to open Las Terrazas de Abama this July 3rd with the maximum guarantees for its guests.
These measures have already obtained the 'Responsible Tourism' certificate from the Secretary of State, the only visa from the Ministry of Health, and the 'Safe Accommodation' certification granted by the Spanish Confederation of Hotels and Tourist Accommodation (CEHAT by its Spanish acronym) together with the Spanish Hotel Business Confederation, both aimed to preventing contagion in the tourism sector.
At the beginning of July, in addition to Las Terrazas, Abama Golf and Abama Tennis Academy, both sports complexes managed by Tropical Turística Canaria, which are also owned by the Timón Group, will reopen to make the offer at the resort as complete as possible.
Ángela García Carrasco, general manager of Las Terrazas de Abama, assures that "all the team has worked hard to ensure that with the reopening of the resort the traveller's experience will be as normal as possible". The complex of 151 suites that operates under the brand of Preferred Hotels & Resorts, the largest brand of independent luxury hotels in the world, offers privileged private residences with their own kitchen and large terraces with beautiful views on the Atlantic Ocean and La Gomera island, which will help to encourage the social isolation recommended in this situation.
"The greatest attention will be paid to disinfection and social distance measures recommended by the industry and health authorities will always be respected", the directive stresses. "Our main objective is to provide our guests with the highest level of health and safety, while maintaining our high standard of service," it adds.
